The Westwood Plateau Special Event Managers are here to assist you with your personal event details such as floor plans, menu selections and scheduled itineraries so that your function will be stress free.
Our Clubhouse features three private banquet rooms of various sizes that can host functions such as Birthdays, Baby Showers, Celebrations of Life, Anniversaries, Baptisms and Engagement Parties from guest sizes varying from 30 guests up to 250 guests.
Panorama Room
120-150 Adult Minimum Requirement ~ 250 Guest Maximum
The stunning full length banquet room has West Coast cedar features throughout the room, a fireplace and a balcony overlooking the Fraser Valley with views of Mount Baker
Gallery Room
50-75 Adult Minimum Requirement ~ 130 Guest Maximum
The Westcoast decor continues through this room with a intimate covered garden patio and galley style pass bar. Your guest will enjoy an indoor/outdoor reception feel in this space.
Studio Room
30 Adult Minimum Requirement ~ 50 Guest Maximum
This intimate tree-top space plays host to mountain backdrops with a large focal window. High ceilings lend a grandiose feeling to your special day with your closest friends and family.
